Wessex Quiltmakers

Wessex Quiltmakers is a friendly patchwork and quilting group, founded in 1978.  We meet twice a month in term-time, at St Mark's Church Hall, Oliver's Battery Road South, Winchester SO22 4EZ.   Visitors are always welcome, and some enjoy their visits so much that they decide to become members!   Please click below for information about our autumn/winter 2010 programme.

 WQ Programme September - December 2010

As well as our regular meetings, we run workshops and outings.  This year we had a workshop with Pat Deacon in April and Lisa Walton from Australia will be leading another on 11 September.  There may still be places on this workshop - please contact us if you are interested.  In May we visited the Victoria and Albert museum's exhibition of historical quilts.
